“I want to Entertain, Educate and Empower! I want to change the world!”
“Your Life and your Destiny are determined by the choices you make, and who you perceive yourself to be. I challenge you today to take action, eliminate your excuses, and decide to live your life with Inner Clarity, Vision and Focus.”
Imagine being taken hostage! Imagine being a newly married Prison Guard and being taken hostage in a 3 day prison riot, where you are blindfolded, beaten and left for dead. This is exactly what happened to the man now known as Mr. Twenty Twenty.
Back then his name was John Wingert, and he was taken hostage in the Camp Hill Prison Riots of 1989.
Officially diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, he immersed himself into Native American Philosophy and Skills, and the mind science of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Deep searching within, combined with a quest for personal excellence helped him discover and refine the life transforming processes of Inner Vision and Core Identity Discovery.
Since then he has taken back his life, and used his skills and experience to transform the lives of his private clients, customers and seminar attendees. He has developed and produced over 35 audio and video products, and he has three books due to be published in the fall of 2008.
“Mr. Twenty Twenty has a passion is to help youth, and men become leaders and live lives full of passion, excitement and purpose by incorporating the power of Inner Vision and Core Identity Discovery into their lives.”
In April 2007, Just 4 days after his 41st birthday, he changed his name legally from John Wingert, to Twenty Twenty (20/20) - The Number of Perfect Vision - to help the world put an end to the plague of Inner Blindness.
“We have to stomp out Inner Blindness. Inner Blindness, to me is the root cause of addiction, mediocrity, feelings of isolation, and impotence. Look around, the masses of people have allowed themselves to lose all sense of Inner Vision. Most people don’t have the ability to SEE problems or opportunites, they can’t see solutions or how to take action, most people don’t see how their lives impact the people around us. “
In our culture, we have replaced VISION with TALKING.
“We have become a Inner Blind culture, that tries to make up for this blindness by talking more. We teach kids that saying the right answer is more important than seeing what a situation is and developing a solution. As a culture, we grumble, we complain, we share our stories of victim hood, and the solution is simple. We must learn how to SEE again.”
“Think about it, you can be taught the right answer, the answer everyone wants to hear. Teaching someone to behave like a parrot is easy.”
“On the other hand, TRAINING someone to OBSERVE what is going on, so they can NOTICE the Problem and the See the Opportunity it presents, that takes more time, more resources, and yes it does have a very huge payoff.”
Mr. Twenty Twenty is available for corporate and civic speaking engagements, private trainings, and holds small group trainings and bootcamps 6 times a year in Austin, Texas; Pittsburgh, PA; and Las Vegas, Nevada.
